DIY Sip and Glow Party Room
for special occasions. All services and events are subject to availability and may require prior booking.
2. Booking and Appointments
To receive services at our spa, you must book an appointment. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:
Appointment Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed via email or phone. You are required to provide accurate personal details, including your full name, phone number, email address, and health information if necessary.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the service booked.No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee or deny future bookings.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service Prices: Our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We will inform you of any changes when you book an appointment.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through secure methods via credit/debit cards or other accepted forms of payment. Full payment is due upon completion of services.
Promotions and Discounts: We may offer promotional prices, packages, or discounts. These offers are subject to change and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

For certain services, such as Massage Therapy, Skincare & Facials, and Cryoskin Therapy, we may ask for relevant health information. This information is used to provide the most appropriate treatments and to ensure your safety. We respect your privacy, and any health-related data will be used solely for service provision.

Respect for Staff and Guests: We maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services, and you may be asked to leave the premises. Spa Environment: We are committed to providing a serene, safe, and clean environment. Please refrain from using mobile phones or engaging in disruptive activities while in treatment areas.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for informing our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect your treatment. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any changes to your health information before receiving services.
Limitation of Liability: SolVita Wellness Spa is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or after services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward services or products at SolVita Wellness Spa. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and may be subject to expiration dates, depending on the specific offer.
Service Packages: Package deals for multiple treatments may be offered. These packages are non-transferable and must be used within the designated time frame.
9. Events and Special Parties
For special events such as
DIY Sip and Glow parties
or other private group bookings, you agree to the following:
Group Size: Minimum and maximum group sizes apply to event bookings. Please inquire for specific details regarding capacity.
Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation for events.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all guests follow spa rules, including safety protocols and respecting the spa environment.
